CASS is now offering a FREE Temporary Visa Casework Service at Burwood Library, providing information, support, and casework assistance tailored to your situation.

Our qualified caseworkers can assist you with:

• Understand migrant welfare and settlement-related information
  Seek support for gambling-related issues
• Navigate family and relationship concerns
  Legal issues; Fair Trading issues
• Housing and Centrelink enquiries
• Complaints and appeals

Services are available in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay, so you can comfortably discuss your needs in your preferred language.
