- Ability to work in a kitchen environment
- Duties include: food preparation, organising cooking utensils, fridge organising, general cleaning
- Sense of food health and food safety
- Commitment to appointments and punctuality
- Weekdays (AM/PM)

We are looking for volunteers to assist the community with form-filling and Smart Device Support. Assist migrants in navigating smart devices (e.g. mobile phone/tablet), understanding daily correspondence and filling out simple forms.
- No Age Limit
- AMEP Level 2 or above
- English and Chinese-speaking to provide bilingual support
- Commitment to appointments and punctuality
- Caring nature
- Working in the community centres/libraries
- Weekdays: Once session/week
- Burwood; Campsie; Riverwood; Rockdale; West Ryde; Parramatta

A volunteer instructor will lead monthly Tai Chi sessions. It’s a great opportunity to share your skills, promote wellbeing, and connect with the community.

Location: Parramatta Library

Schedule: One Wednesday each month in 2026 (date to be agreed)
Requirements:
- Available to attend one Wednesday each month in 2026
- Familiar with Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Form
- Able to demonstrate and teach correct body movements
- Able to ensure participants exercise safely and at a comfortable pace
- Able to speak either Cantonese or Mandarin
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with beginners
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a Tai Chi practice session for community participants
- Demonstrate and explain the Yang Style 24 Form movements
- Support participants in learning correct posture and safe exercise techniques
- Create a relaxed and inclusive environment for all skill levels
